Reiki:
Reiki is a holistic energy healing modality that works on the body, mind and spirit by stimulating a person’s natural healing abilities within their own body. It is the highest and most vibrationally pure energy as it is made of unconditional love and joy. Reiki is channeled through the hands and connects with the healing power of universal life force. Treatments benefits are completely individual as its based around whatever is holistically needed, and its purpose is to bring harmony.

Chakra Crystal Healing:
Chakra Crystal Healing is more focused directly on each of the chakras. Our bodies have 7 core centers within our energetic system that is connected to our physical bodies, and emotional body, because everything is interconnected to each other. Each crystal is designated towards a specific chakra based on the specific healing properties the crystal has. This helps not only find harmony within the chakra but open any blocks the chakra currently may have. This type of healing helps to recenter all of the chakras as it brings harmony within your energetic systems for your own optimal alignment.

General: Energy Healings are a bridge to connecting you to your spirit, spiritual team and your higher self. By opening this door, you are initiating an invitation to meet yourself in depths, levels and ways you may not have before.
