How do I make an appointment?

In order to make an appointment, you must first schedule a consultation appointment to make sure we are in alignment for working together. On the off chance I am working with someone else at the time you schedule your consult, I will email you directly so we can work together in finding the best time for us both to reschedule your consult.

Then you will schedule appointment and follow the link in the calendly app in order to pay for your appointment ahead of time. Paying for your appointment ahead of time reserves your timeslot with me and is non-negotiable for all appointment types. Please make sure that you are committed to investing in yourself prior to making an appointment with me.

Once I have received your payment, you will receive an email confirmation and appointment breakdown regarding your service.

What is the typical follow up appointments look like?

Follow up appointments are based on what you as an individual need for the plan and schedule we put together at the end of your first appointment.
It could me you would like to work with me once a week, twice a month, or once a month at first, but it all depends on what I pick up on and what you are looking for. It may be that eventually things shift, and you want to see me quarterly or whenever you feel called for a session. Allow things to become what is it meant to be and as always, you know what is best for you above anyone else, so trust what you feel.

On the off chance you decide you do not want to have a follow up appointment or don’t reschedule one at a later date, then that is completely up to you. I will say that should you decide not to schedule another appointment, and a year passes when you want to move forward, then we will need to start the process all over again with a consult and a first time / 90 minute appointment. This is to make sure we are still in alignment with each other after a long period of time.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please allow for a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. You must cancel your appointment during this timeframe in order to get a 50% refund back.

All rescheduled appointments will have your balance put towards your next appointment (unless agreed otherwise or it is a repeated offense).

All appointment rescheduling or cancellations within 24hrs or the day of the appointment, will not receive of an appointment refund, or reimbursement towards the next appointment, unless in the case of an emergency.
Repeated cancellations / rescheduling will result in me refusing to work with you moving forward.

The best way for us to combat misunderstandings over this policy is to make sure you understand the policy and communicate with me directly as soon as possible.

I noticed that your hours have a limited availability, why is that?

As a homeschool mom, my family comes first, which means that I am working with my everyday responsibilities. If for some reason your schedule and mine is not syncing up, please contact me directly to see how we can problem solve it together.

Is there anything else I need to know about my first appointment with you?
Your first appointment is 90 minutes long. This allows time for us to get to know each other, for you to ask and address any concerns you may have and fill out and sign all necessary paperwork before we begin. Because of this, please make sure you are on time to your appointment so we can make the most of this time together.
