I’m Kelly. Your long-lost Soul Sister to the Divine Feminine Paradigm.

One of the biggest lessons I learned within my own journey has been how important it is to trust yourself, yet trusting yourself can be hard to figure out “how” if you have spent your whole life pleasing everyone else and sacrificing yourself. It takes a lot of courage to actively work on seeing what happened to you in the past, including who you were at the time, and choosing to move towards who you want to become (even if you haven’t quite figured it out yet).

You have to meet yourself where you are, as you are now and face anything that comes up within yourself and within your life. You have to decide to let go of every layer of what someone else has put on you of who they believe you are to be (for them) and decide who you want to be for you. To let go of the fear so that you can surrender to the process of your own healing and your own evolution one step at a time.

Whether you want to admit it or not, you know what is best for you, its just a matter of whether or not you are listening to your own heart and following it. Each step you take listening to the calling of your heart is how you relearn to trust yourself.

This is the foundation of your life.

This is your roots.

This is how you find wholeness again.
